The session will be conducted in English. Please have your original identification document ready for verification during the video call session (photocopies are not accepted). Note: in some cases (e.g., lost or stolen card reports), you might be asked to confirm that the card is still in your possession. Keep your camera switched on and ensure you are in a quiet environment throughout the call.

Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.

The ACICA Arbitration Rules, as modified by this Agreement, shall apply and the arbitration shall be conducted in English. Dispositive motions will be allowed, and the arbitrator must follow this Agreement, will have the same power to award damages and relief as a court (including fees), and will issue a binding written decision, which can be enforced by entry of judgment by any court of competent jurisdiction.
