How do I access deposit and withdrawal account history/my trades?

1. Self-service retrieval

On the OKX trading platform, users can retrieve the following account history through self-service:

  • Funds account history: The funds account history includes account history of deposits, withdrawals, Grow, red packets, event bonuses, and more. You can query account history starting from February 2021;

  • Transaction account history: The transaction account history includes records for Swap, Spot, Leverage, Options, Lending, Transfers, Structured Products, and more. You can query records from January 28, 2021 onwards.

Steps for self-service retrieval of funds account histories

Log in to the OKX website and click on [asset Management] in the upper right corner. Select [Report Center] - [funds account history] or [transaction account history]. On the page, filter by date, currency, and account history type, then download the required account history records.

Download deposit records for a custom date

1. Click on the date, cryptocurrency, and select [Deposit] as the main account type to view your deposit records from the past three months.

2. Click [Download], customize, select the date, choose the start date and end date. You can select all deposit records since February 1, 2021. Click [Generate Now]. After the report is generated, you can click [Copy Link] to paste it into your browser or click [Download] to get the file. After copying the link, please check it as soon as possible, as the link will expire in 1 hour.

Important note

1. Currently, only the web version supports self-service account history downloads; the app version does not support this for now. You can view records from the past 90 days on the app.

2. The main account can download all sub-account account histories at once.

3. Downloading the account history also provides a 'Copy Link' feature. The link has a 24h time limit, making it convenient for customers to directly forward the download link for the report.

4. My trades are historical data provided by the platform for customers to query and track transaction details. My trades are an important feature of the platform and currently cannot be deleted directly.

2. Customer service assistance in retrieving

If you need to retrieve earlier account history records (funds account history before February 2021, or transaction account history before January 28, 2021), you can click the [Feedback] button below to request the account history retrieval service. Please provide the specific time range for which you need to retrieve account history, and customer service will process your request within 1-3 days.
