timing is the other critical variable: avalanche is at an inflection point on l1 adoption. there’s a pipeline of teams evaluating where to anchor their chain and how to structure their validator set
before acp-247 hits a community vote, builders should be modeling their validator strategy under a 24x world: some will lean on it for opex, others will treat it primarily as a distribution channel for their token. most will end up combining both
