Steps to claim and register red packets

1. Claim a red packet and sign up an account

iOS system

Taking the iPhone as an example, click on the [red packet link] send to you by someone else - enter your email address - [claim red packet] - download the App - open the App - [sign up] and complete the account sign up as shown on the page.

Android system

If you are using an Android device, you can refer to the article: FAQ with Downloading the Android App (with links) for a tutorial. Simply copy the link in the article into your browser to open it, then complete the download and installation.

2. Complete identity verification

After completing sign up, click [Open red packet] - [Verify verification] on the Home, and follow the instructions on the page to complete identity verification. Your identity verification will be reviewed within 24 hours, and the specific result will be displayed on the page.

3. Register Red Packet

After completing identity verification, go to the Home and click the [Red Packet] card - [Received] - [Open Red Packet] to register and receive your red packet bonus.

4. Share the joy

On the 'Open Red Packet' page, you can click [Share This Moment] - [Save] to save the card with your red packet bonus, or click other social media options to share your joy with invitees.

5. View claim details

You can return to the Home and click on [Assets] - [Account History] - [Assets] to view your red packet claim records.
