So monad has launched and the only word to describe it is extreme disappointment or maybe even cringe. As a community last airdrop recipient of approximately 100,000 tokens, I was expecting a low-mid 6 figure airdrop. This should have been life changing for my family and we had already planned multiple upgrades for our family home. Additionally, I had already taken out a loan on the condition that I would have some money coming in.
To wake up and see my airdrop is only $2000 is EXTREMELY disappointing and puts me in quite an awkward spot, as I now cannot service the loan. Our house is now littered with building supplies that we do not have the money to use and the whole place is a mess. I implore the monad team to manually airdrop high ranking participants like me additional usdc to supplement our airdrop. For people like myself, this should be at minimum an additional $100,000 as that's what we were expecting. I know that the monad team have $400m in the vault and it is possible that this should probably be likely used to reward airdrop guys and grinders.
It is not right to hype up this coin for many many years and get many people like myself excited to see this thing launch at a price of $5-$10 for it to launch at 3 cents. I can't even buy a nice meal for 3 cents but for $5-$10 I can get a good meal with just a few tokens. What the HELL is that?!? Even link is higher than it. I have also drawn my pfp in monad colour theme to show my dedication to the chain I am not just an airdrop farmer. Please increase the airdrop before we go crazy fudstorm on this chain and you DO NOT want that. I assure you.
