For the first time they failed to raise new capital through stock sales
Without funding Saylor’s system will collapse fast

Today their balance sheet holds an insane 640,000 $BTC
But $BTC could start dropping as the market overheats
For their business model a $BTC crash means irreversible collapse

How is Strategy structured?
If it weren’t such a massive company I’d say they’re straight-up gamblers
Their model is simple:
- take loans
- buy $BTC
or
- issue new shares
- buy $BTC
Sure it helped the market grow by creating constant demand
But at what cost? At the cost of the company itself?

The first alarm already rang - they couldn’t sell their shares
For us it means trust in Strategy is falling
For them it means they have to find a way to pay off their debt
And the only asset they can use for that is $BTC
Strategy selling would be extremely bad news for the market

Every previous growth phase since 2020 was supported by Strategy’s buys
Now that’s gone which means less demand
Combine that with potential selling and the market could drop fast
No cycle theory will save it psychology will take over

The biggest issue is that Saylor is neck-deep in debt
He’s constantly under pressure from creditors
When they start tightening the screws Saylor won’t have a choice but to sell

An interesting point - their reports
Of course they include all company sums and plans
Their debt as of the last report was over $8B
And the possible exit strategy was also listed: “sell”

With this kind of setup new players will eventually take over the market
Giants like BlackRock could easily become the new leaders
Because deep corrections are inevitable sooner or later
And during those corrections Strategy will have almost zero chance of survival

So what happens to the market?
This could easily mark the end of the $BTC bull cycle for sure
Their sales would trigger chaos fear and panic
The initial drop will start from Strategy but the real crash will come from retail panic selling right after

Saylor’s model is starting to collapse
Maybe there’s still a small chance the company survives
But whether Strategy remains the top $BTC holder is now a mystery
Right now everything suggests their first big sell is close
And if that happens the market will take a heavy hit
